FIR Against Shipping Agent Ashwin of A Star Shipping Management Navi Mumbai

Navi Mumbai: The Shipping Employee Shri Surendra Kumar Sevaram has registered FIR against  Shipping agent Ashwin for Rs 2.5 Lac fraud under IPC 420,406,504,506,34 on 1 march 2021 at CBD Bealpur Police Station. The Complainant Surendra Kumar Sevaram paid Rs 70k to Laxmi a Staff of Ashwin at prabhat centre Office of A Star Shipping Management. Ashwin sent him on ship at Iran and Surendra worked for 11 months at Sailor on ship. As per FIR the Shipping Agent Ashwin has not paid salary of Rs 250$ per month ie Rs 2.5lac for work done. Ashwin has violated the agreement as per Surendra Kumar Sevaram. Detail information is available in FIR. Ashwin is also local leader of BJP at Navi Mumbai

Section 420 in The Indian Penal Code

420. Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property.—Whoever cheats and thereby dishonestly induces the person de­ceived to deliver any property to any person, or to make, alter or destroy the whole or any part of a valuable security, or anything which is signed or sealed, and which is capable of being converted into a valuable security, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
