B not Final Fire NOC as per section 3 of MFPLSA 2006. The equipment maintenance
and inspection reports are issued annually and Final fire NOC is issued for
life time till violation. This certificate says that fire equipments are in
good condition but this not qualify the structure of educational building as
fit to operate . One Fire officer said in private that it is
inspection/declaration ie ahawal or Form B to get various registration as
school.
This information is misleading
information ie calling inspection certificate as Fire NOC. It means that No
school has fire NOC which take huge fees from students for safety.
In 2018 Thane Municipal Corporation ie TMC said in RTI reply that no school approached for Final FIre NOC. CBSE schools are approaching for Fire Safety certificate which is provisional NOC for 1 year till compliance of equipment ie report / observation report. For Final Fire NOC : OC, Commercial permit is mandatory .
