ADANI ENTERPRISES IPO NOT APPROVED FROM SEBI - RTI....... HUGE SCAM

MUMBAI: Adani enterprises launched its IPO in Nov 1994 without SEBI compliance . As per SEBI RTI reply it has no record of SEBI NOC to Adani enterprises with copy of observation letter. The Company bypassed SEBI Procedure and directly listed it shares in BSE and NSE . Recently SEBI given clean chit to Adani trading investigation without checking its NOC. The Adani enterprises listed its shares without complying SEBI circular dated 18 June 1992 . The circular directed all exchanges that no company should be listed without SEBI compliance. Adani taken interest free public money without SEBI compliance . If SEBI will take action then it will be similar case of Sahara and he has to return all public money with 15 percent Interest . The SEBI Investigation officer may be well wisher of Adani and given clean chit by taking advantage. Adani compliance officer did not responded on NOC query.
