जब कोई जनसूचना अधिकारी किसी RTI Application का जवाब ना दे और अगर जवाब में बिना नियम लिखे आवेदन ख़ारिज करे तो उसकी FIR IPC 166A में दर्ज़ करे। यह Cognizance अपराध है और पुलिस को FIR सुप्रीम कोर्ट ललिता कुमारी guideline के तहत मामला दर्ज़ करना पड़ेगा वरना पुलिस अधिकारी भी आरोपी बन जायगा। पुलिस की पूछताछ शुरू करते ही जानकारी मिल जायगी। अगर पुलिस FIR ना करे तो थाने की JMFC court में अर्जी लगाए और FIR दर्ज़ करे। जानकारी ना देकर वो corruption को छुपाना चाहते है। सहायता के लिए 9702 859 636 पर संपर्क करे

Almost every government official suppressing or supporting corruption or corrupt people or acting detrimental or abusing government rules and regulations with malefied intentions to benifit someone, must be taken into task immediately and strict action must be taken against such person.
ReplyDeleteHere, inspite of number of complaints, these officers are set free to favour corruption in government systems, which are formulated for servicing ordinary people, who are facing heat against justice for years together.
Person awaits for decades to get justice, but is deprived after spending huge money and precious time, is mentally harassed and tortured and is put to heavy financial losses.
This is the reason why people are afraid of stepping up doors of court.
A person/government official facing multiple corruption charges is posted as departmental head with pride. What can one expect from such officers.
Justice delayed/denied is murder of democratic system in our country.
From bottom till top slot, all are hand in glove. Then, where should one seek justice.
