Court Order Police Inquiry Before Registering FIR In Trident Company Fire Sehore

 


Trident Group के बुधनी यूनिट में 30 घंटों से लगी है भीषण आग, इतने करोड़ का हो चुका है नुकसान -

Sehore : Budhni Court JMFC Shri Thakur Prasad Malviya order police report in CRPC 156 matter before registering FIR against directors of Trident . On 6th April 21 their was high level fire at Sehore Budhni Plant and few people cause grevious hurt . The police did not conducted preliminary enquiry due to high influence in cognizable offence . The JMFC Budhni called for police report before ordering for registration of FIR. The allegation is that company have no FIRE NOC as per NBC rules and structures are also not having OC as per section 191 of MP Municipal act . The enquiry will clear the true picture and confirm the fire incidence . As per Supreme court Lalita Kumari order FIR is mandatory in cognizable offence.

As per company sources Rs100 cr claim is applied from Insurance company.
