Jabalpur: Civil Contempt Petition is filed at Supreme Court against Shri Umesh Kumar Soni , Session Judge and Smt Preeti Shikha Agnihotri JMFC for doing contempt of Lalita Kumari Constitution bench order. The complainant Sapan Shrivastava filed CRPC 156 complaint before JMFC Preeti Shikha Agnihotri that Sudha hospital has taken hospital license with compliance of Fire NOC .
