KDMC Not taking Action against illegal Contruction at Kopar East Mangrooves Destruction

At Kopar East and west huge number of mangroves has been destructed by peoples. Many row houses constructed on mangroves land. Register FIR as per environmental act and demolish them . It is happening since last 5 years.

Dist/CLTH/2018/4738 As per Tahsildar Kalyan KDMC not doing demolation at Kopar East Mangroves area. Only Police has registered case. Kindly Demolish row houses approx 200 at Kopar East and save mangroves . Same thing going on Kopar west. Do the needful .

As per refernce to your complaint action has been taken as per Maharashtra Mahanagar Palika Act againt illegal construction in G ward, Kopar east. Care is been taken so that no further unauthorised construction takes place. Letter is been attached for your ackhnowledgement.
