GCC Hotels Private Limited,GCC Hotel and club, S.no. 921, off Mira Bhayander road, near vijay sales, Mira Road East, Thane – 401107 Aforesaid building has no Occupational Certificate . It is doing hotel business without OC . Any accident can collapse such structure . Kindly check record and demolish as per provisions of MMC act.

GCC Hotels Private Limited,GCC Hotel and club, S.no. 921, off Mira Bhayander road, near vijay sales, Mira Road East, Thane – 401107 Aforesaid hotel has no Final Fire NOC . It is operating in provisional conditional Fire NOC. Kindly seize the premises to save life of citizens. Any mishaps will lead to responsibility of your office. Kindly seal it as per section 8 of fire act provisions.
