Mandla : Contempt petition under section 15 (2) is filed before SP Lokayukt Jabalpur Sanjay Sahu for not registering FIR under PC act 1988 under section 7 and 13 . He kept pending the cognizable offence complaint against Bijadandi SHO , Mandla and not done preliminary enquiry as per SC Lalita kumari order in15 days time limit . The accused SHO was not registering FIR against mining Mafia after taking advantage from them. As per SC Lalita kumari order para 3 Magistrate has power to take contempt action against delinquent officers who donot register FIR in cognizable offence.
