उमरिया कलेक्टर ने याचिकाकर्ता का बयान लिए बिना ही एम्बर इंडेन गैस उमरिया को पिछले 20 वर्षों से वेतन न मिलने की शिकायत 38393363 CM Helpline बंद कर दी। खाद्य आपूर्ति विभाग के अधिकारी श्रीमती जागृति प्रजापति और रोहित सिंह (क्रम संख्या L1 और L2) ने गैस एजेंसी का बयान लिया। गैस एजेंसी ने पत्र दिया कि शिकायतकर्ता संदीप गुप्ता एम्बर इंडेन गैस एजेंसी में कार्यरत नहीं हैं। लेकिन अधिकारियों ने शिकायतकर्ता को सेवा प्रमाण देने के लिए नहीं बुलाया। उमरिया कलेक्टर राखी सहाय ने कानूनी रूप से सक्षम होते हुए भी प्राकृतिक न्याय के सिद्धांत का उल्लंघन किया और मानवाधिकारों की शिकायत बंद कर दी। शिकायतकर्ता ने आरोप लगाया कि अधिकारियों ने शिकायत बंद करने के लिए गैस एजेंसी का फायदा उठाया। श्रीमती राखी सहाय, आईएएस अधिकारी, मध्य प्रदेश के उमरिया की वर्तमान जिला कलेक्टर और जिला मजिस्ट्रेट हैं। 2015 बैच की अधिकारी, उन्होंने अप्रैल 2026 में उमरिया कलेक्टर का पदभार संभाला।
