Mumbai: Clean Max Enviro Energy Solutions limited Mumbai based company launching its IPO at BSE and NSE without SEBI Permission. SEBI has issued observation letter to clear objections in DRHP but company has not received and NOC . BSE and NSE are listing IPO without full SEBI compliance .Company will get Rs 3010 Cr from this IPO.
Why NSE and BSE launching IPO after 2 days without SEBI NOC? Company failed to provide copy of SEBI NOC inspite of Email. Complaint has been filed before SEBI chairman to take strict action under section 15 HA of SEBI act 1992. It is the duty of SEBI to protect the interest of investors as per section 11 of SEBI act 1992. Why BSE and NSE interested in non genuine trading which is banned as per Supreme court order in SEBI VS Rakhi trading 2018 case .
