  Mumbai: Complaint is filed with SEBI chairman to see corruption and loss to exchequer in CNBC Awaz anchor Hemant Ghai SEBI settlement Case . As per Complainant the Hemant Ghai has gained Rs 5 cr approx from illegal inside trading after this settlement .  Sebi’s 2021 investigation into the Ghai family found a strong correlation between the stock calls Hemant Ghai made on CNBC Awaaz and the trades carried out in the accounts of his wife and mother. According to the regulator, 81% of their trades and about 85% of their profits were tied directly to his on-air recommendations. Sebi claimed Ghai had access to his wife’s and mother’s trading accounts. In July 2024 the regulator barred Ghai, his wife Jaya Hemant Ghai, and his mother Shyam Mohini Ghai from accessing the securities market for five years with immediate effect, citing their alleged involvement in fraudulent trading.   Company reply Fractal Analytics Ltd IPO listed at NSE  and BSE on 16 Feb 2026 with Rs 2800 Cr Approx IPO size. The Company has not done full compliance of SEBI IPO rules ie ICDR . As Per SEBI RTI reply they have no copy of IPO permission or NOC and called information requested as generic and vague and not under definition of section 2(f) of RTI act 2005. The Company failed to do full compliance and launched IPO with exchanges ie NSE and BSE by fraud practice . In SCORES reply company failed to provide copy of SEBI NOC and Permission. As per law SEBI Permission is mandatory and now they have to return public money with 15% interest as per complaint. As per compliance officer Ms Somaya Agarwal they received observation letter to comply certain objections but they have not done full compliance so SEBI not issued any permissions .   Mumbai: Corruption complaint filed against Securities Appellate Tribunal Registrar Jayant N Raje for doing corruption in issuing case number. A contempt petition filed  by Sapan Shrivastava against SEBI Senior Advocate Chetan Kapadia for misleading statement in a appeal. When contempt petition filed he gave MA number in appeal . Applicant inform the registrar that the contempt petition should be numbered separately and quoted many high court and supreme court orders. To favor well-wishers he did not numbered matter separately. If it is numbered then names are displayed in case laws. ACB Mumbai called the complainant and taken statement . As per complaint Jayant raje is taking advantage from few senior advocates to favor them   . Complainant has requested ACB Mumbai to register FIR under section 7 and 13 Of PC act with Section 199 Of BNS. He also requested to do investigation of disproportionate assets of Jayant Raje as per SC Order Charan singh case.

Asking copy of SEBI NOC and Permission copy from SEBI the reply came that it is generic and Vague . They failed to provide copy of NOC which is claimed by company. NSE and BSE launched IPO without SEBI NOC which is violation of rule of law. Now few investors are planning to approach SEBI court or SAT to register the case under 15 HA with  SEBI (Prohibition of Fraudulent and Unfair Trade Practices relating to Securities Market) Regulations, 2003 (PFUTP) to return all investors money.
