The Whatsapp has blocked my website links of www.worldi.com . Whenever I share news link through whatsapp to my friends the whatsapp block the opening link. When my friends click the link then site not opening. They are not responding my complaint as per my attached file .Plz direct them to unblock my website . Copy is in enclosed file.

With respect to your grievance, as per rule 3(1)(n) of The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 (IT Intermediary rules 2021), Intermediaries are obligated to respect all rights accorded to citizens under constitutions including in the article 14, 19 and 21. As per Rule 3(2) of Intermediary Rules 2021, you may please report the matter to the Grievance officer of respective platform for suitable resolution.
Further, the IT Rules, 2021 also provides for a provision to file an appeal against the decision of the Grievance Officer of the intermediaries to the Grievance Appellate Committee(s) (GAC). GAC adjudicates upon appeals of the users/victims against the decision of the Grievance Officer of the intermediaries. The website is: https://gac.gov.in/. Accordingly, within 30 days of receiving a response from a grievance officer / No response from the grievance officer, you are empowered to approach GAC.
Meanwhile, if the complainant is not satisfied with the response of the GAC, they are entitled to approach any of the courts of competent Jurisdiction.
