Mumbai: Complainant has filed criminal complaint before JMFC court esplanda court to direct police to register FIR Under IPC 420,120B etc against directors of Reliance Industries along with Mukesh Ambani. After seeing complaint under CRPC 156 and allegations are cognizable in nature inspite to order police station he directed complainant to approach SEBI special Judge for FIR under IPC. Now the matter is before SEBI Judge for FIR against RIL directors for this financial fraud. SEBI is silent in this complaint and giving premium under law by doing corruption.
