Thane: Police complaint against Jio Platform IPO fraud to register FIR against office bearers including Aakash ambani under BNS 318(4),61,338,336,3(5),316 etc with investors.As the offence is cognizable so FIR is mandatory .As per complaint no SEBI nod has been given to IPO and company is claiming SEBI permission to Rs 30000cr IPO. In reply to complainant compliance officer Ms Savitri Parikh fail to provide SEBI NOC . As per law SEBI observation is defects list not NOC.Till date company failed to do all compliance which is also violation of SEBI circular. The exchanges are also listing ipo without SEBI consent. SEBI chairman has not taken any action on complaint as he received bribe for this ipo. Complainant also filed complaint with ACB and CBI against SEBI chairman Tuhin Kant Pandey corruption under PC act .
