Mumbai: Criminal complaint against Jio Platform Limited for registration of FIR filed at Kalyan JMFC Court is filed Under BNSS 175(5) for registration of FIR under 318(4),61,338,336(3),3(5),316(2) etc . Jio Platform in association with NSE and BSE launched IPO of Rs 30000 Cr without SEBI Permission. After receiving SEBI Observation they did not cleared SEBI Objections and SEBI also not issued any permission letter without any condition till date. ROC Ahmedabad also confirmed that Jio has filed prospectus by e file and no human intervention is there. They failed to confirm SEBI NOC in the E filed Prospectus.
Taking public money without SEBI NOC is offence as it is interest free money. SEBI chairman Tuhin kanata Pandy failed to reply on Jio complaint . SEBI officers are silent for Jio NOC as they received huge bribe for IPO. Inspite To protect the interest of investors Tuhin kanta pandey is collecting bribe in public office. He is not following Supreme court order in Rakhi trading case that Stock market is not place of fraud.
Soon matter will be listed before Kalyan JMFC For FIR Order.
