Ashok Nagar: On 9th June 2021 there was fire incidence at ashok nagar HDFC Branch . The complaint was filed before Ashok nagar JMFC Priya Gupta court. The complainant followed the process of police complaint followed by SP under CRPC 154(3). The complainant says that RBI director issued place of business license without Fire NOC and OC as per Banking regulation act. The FIR was demanded under IPC 420,336,120b,34,etc against officer and also against police officers under IPC 166A,109 for not discharging duty as per directions of law ie as per Lalita Kumari guidelines. First the JMFC not give registered number to case so that case can be tracked by e court app after many request. Later rejected complaint as affidavit is not with photo as per priyanka Shrivastava order. Now days few magistrates are openly showing disrespect to SC order of lalita Kumari to save rich people. As the complaint was filed online so no need of photo based affidavit. The JMFC Priya gupta has also not followed judicial procedure ie police report to set law into its motion. She dont want to pass order against giant company to protect their interest and showed disrespect to supreme court order in which FIR is mandatory in cognizable offence. Tendency of judicial misconduct is vast at MP state due to ignorance of registrar general . Due to such act peoples are loosing trust on courts. The members of judicial community is only responsible for such loss of trust. In India many affidavits has been filed but nobody is affixing photo in affidavit.
