Mumbai CST: JB Petit girls School Fort Mumbai is operating since last 15-25 years with unrecognized
education board Affiliated by CISCE ie ICSE and ISC. The school management and
CISCE is misrepresenting the students that it is recognise by Maharashtra and
HRD Ministry. CISCE is a society
and have no legal backing to operate education board and conduct public exam. In
Delhi education act CISCE name is mentioned for public exam definition. The Delhi
Education act does not recognise any education board. Delhi govt also deny CISCE
recognition in RTI reply. No act and executive order passed in favour of CISCE
till date by any state. CISCE secured letters from officials as equivalent board
to state board but if some body file RTI about such letter then authority deny such
authority. Officers cannot recognise board and the letters cannot override act or
GR.CISCE is registered as Society at delhi like millions of society. Any person
can file RTI at MP and HRD and get information. Its certificate has no legal
value ie like tution. It is case of cheating and breach of trust with thousands
of students with there future .
In a PIL CISCE got the order by filing false affidavit that
CISCE is recognised by all the state and HRD. But RTI information denying
different fact . In other high courts CISCE filed affidavit that it is not
established by any act or executive order. It is merely a society . In PIL
159/2016 at Bombay High Court the CJ Pradeep nandrajog was ex CISCE
student so he passed order without taking reply from State Of Maharashtra and
penalise petitioner. In one PIL CISCE filed affidavit that Maharashtra recognise
CISCE and in different PIL it says that Maharashtra have no authority to control
CISCE .A public servant facing police action for securing govt job under IPC
420,468 etc by claiming that ICSE certificate is govt recognised. Any body can
file RTI and get true information about CISCE recognition. Even Central
information commissioner asked HRD to take action against CISCE but HRD ignored
CIC order.
In judicial system many judges are passed from CISCE and
their children’s too. So High courts and SC judges are ignoring facts in order
. People should be alert to select the board and take legal opinion and
