Umaria: Varun Namdeo filed CRPC 156 Matter to register FIR in insult of national flag by Ex collector during republic day function.
The JMFC court rejected the petition by using frivolous grounds and not taking facts on record. Complainant filed criminal revision under crpc 397 before session court. To call for record the session court issued notice to file reply to ex collector Sanjeev Shrivastav. As this is cognizable offence so Court may direct FIR for investigation.
