Illegal Tower: GBD Reality SiddhiVinayak Grandeur Tower Prabhadevi Is Illegal And No OC and Fire NOC

Mumbai : The 22 Story SiddhiVinayak Grandeur Tower Prabhadevi has not received Occupation certificate till date from MCGM and the builder has also not taken Final Fire NOC from CFO as per MCGM report. As the structure dont follow norms so final Fire NOC as per section 3 of MFPLSA 2006 is not issued till date. The setback area is not available ie. fire vehicle cannot pass from all the side of building . As the building is illegal and no compliance so electric connection issued is violation of electric act . As per SC Order only after OC the structure can get Electric connection. Many peoples occupied flat without OC which is violation of rule of law. The fire department directed building proposal department to check the building as per plan passed and take necessary action for violation. The value of flat is nil till all compliance . The customer to take legal opinion before buying the flat. Many consumers purchased the flat with cost Rs 3-5 Cr approx without verifying documents.
