  Thane: Kalyan Dombivali Municipal issued fire compliance notice to SBI Dombivali west Branch and HDFC Bank   Shreeji Arcade Madan Thakre Chowk Phadke Road Dombivali east for compliance under section 3 of Fire act 2006. Both the branch has not done compliance as per RBI Place of business norms and operating without fire NOC. It is crime under IPC 336 and section 36 of Fire Act ie MFPLSA . Earlier SBI said in complaint reply that bank donot need fire NOC only hotels, shops, etc need fire NOC. The banks are operating at illegal structures and violating safety norms endangering money of account holders
