Escort Kubata LTD IPO Share Listed Without Government Permission

Mumbai: As per RTI information from ministry of economic affairs the Escort shares listed at BSE NSE without Government of India Permission. Before SEBI formation the share was listed in 1961 and as per CAPITAL ISSUES (CONTROL) ACT, 1947 every issue should be approved by govt of India ie ministry of economic affairs . The Ministry deny such permission to escort company. It is offence under IPC and Section 15 HA of SEBI act 1992.
