Thane : The investor has filed criminal case to register FIR against Directors of Infosys Limited for launching IPO in June 1993 without SEBI compliance. As per law SEBI compliance is mandatory for IPO Listing but Infosys bypassed the procedure and get listed at NSE and BSE. The SEBI scores grievance officers denied action against infosys and harbored the criminal against rule of law. The SEBI officers cum NSE and BSE top officers are also made accused in the case under IPC 420, 120B, 467,468,34 etc and Section 15 HA of SEBI act 1992. The matter will be soon listed at Kalyan JMFC Court under CRPC 156(3) at vishnu Nagar Police station jurisdiction.
