Case Filed Against Bharat Serums Directors For FIR

 

Indore: CRPC 156 Case filed against Bharat Serum and vaccines Limited (BSV) directors for investigation in fire incidence at Indore ware house on 17 May 2021. Complainants demanded FIR against director under IPC 420, 336,120b, 166A,218,Section 13 Of PC act against directors and public servants. The allegation is that the public servants has fraudulently issued ware house license without mandatory compliance. Police has not take any action as per Lalita Kumari guidelines. TI and DCP has been made accused for violating supreme court order.
