Mumbai: Bharti Airtel Listed its IPO on 18 Feb 2002 on BSE and NSE. The investor demanded the SEBI NOC or Permission from this IPO as company did not claimed by SEBI SCORES Portal. The IPO size was Rs 834Cr approx . The company compliance officer failed to provide SEBI NOC copy to investors. The Company claiming the exchange NOC but company also not shared exchange NOC . Exchange did not give NOC they forward the Draft of IPO to SEBI as per ICDR guidelines. Company failed to share any NOC in SEBI Scores complaint. The SEBI officer was bribed and he also not forwarded complaint to SEBI board for action. Company cheated millions of investors in the name of IPO and used public interest free money since last 23 years to expand business. SEBI is hub of corruption against investors interest and failing to discharge duty. This is same type of SAHARA case and SEBI is Silent because bribe is received .
Any investor can filed Police FIR Under IPC or BNS against company promoters . RTI reply from SEBI is awaited . As company have no NOC copy then it will be difficult as SEBI may have positive information.
Bharti airtel Limited launched its IPO on 18 Feb 2002 without SEBI permission. No SEBI NOC and permission available at SEBI portal. RHP is also missing with no material documents. It is violation of section 73 of Company act 1956 ,many SEBI circulars etc. Conduct enquiry and investigation as per 1995 rule and direct company return public money as per company act 1956 and of SCRA 1956. Also take action as per section 15 HA of sebi act against Bharti airtel.
