Every Year 50 Lacs Patients Die Due To Medical Negligance In India

  5 साल पहले यानी वर्ष 2017 में अमेरिका की हार्वर्ड यूनिवर्सिटी ने एक अध्ययन में पाया कि भारत में हर साल करीब 50 लाख मौतें मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस की वजह से होती हैं। देश के हेल्थ सिस्टम पर इस स्टडी ने बहुत बड़े सवाल खड़े किए। लेकिन आज भी स्थिति में कोई बड़ा सुधार हुआ हो ऐसा नहीं लगता। इलाज में लापरवाही करने वालों पर अगर आरोप साबित हो भी जाएं तो महज छह महीने की जेल या फिर 500 रुपए जुर्माना देने भर से ही आरोपी राहत पा लेते हैं। सवाल है कि मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस करने वालों पर लगाम कैसे लगेगी। COMPENSATION IN MEDICAL NEGLEGENCE  Dr. Balram Prasad v.
