  अब राज्य की जनसंख्या से तय होंगी MBBS की सीटें हाल ही में National Medical Commission (NMC) ने मेडिकल कॉलेजों में अंडर ग्रेजुएट MBBS सीटों की संख्या में बदलाव करने के लिए नई गाइडलाइन जारी की है। नई गाइडलाइन के मुताबिक सेशन 2024-25 से प्रति 10 लाख पॉपुलेशन पर मेडिकल कॉलेजों में 100 MBBS सीटों के संचालन की ही अनुमति होगी। ये फैसला देश में लंबे समय तक मेडिकल एजुकेशन की क्वालिटी और स्टैंडर्ड बनाए रखने के लिए लिया गया है। NMC के मुताबिक प्रति 10 लाख पॉपुलेशन पर 100 MBBS सीटें फिक्स करने से देश भर में करीब 40,000 मेडिकल सीटें बढ़ जाएंगी। हालांकि, दक्षिण भारत के राज्यों उन मेडिकल कॉलेजों को इस गाइडलाइन से नुकसान होगा में जहां पहले ही प्रति 10 लाख लोगों के लिए ज्यादा मेडिकल कॉलेज हैं। देश में ऐसे 9 राज्य और 9 केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों में अब मेडिकल सीटें नहीं बढेंगी। वहीं, नई गाइडलाइन से बिहार, उत्तर प्रदेश, झारखंड जैसे राज्यों को सबसे फायदा मिलेगा। There are 91,927 MBBS seats in 612 colleges open for medical aspirants .   Bangalore : SEBI give RTI Information that it has no record of Infosys IPO approval launched in 1993. The complaint was made to ROC bangalore to take action against infosys Ltd for filing false statement under company act with section 447 and 34 . The ROC bangalore informed that he also have no record of SEBI NOC in infosys prospectus . ROC bangalore denied to take action against infosys as matter is 30 years old . As per law crime never die.

  Delhi: The Delhi education department denied action against illegal operation of ICSE and ISC board operated by CISCE at  Frank Anthony Public School   Delhi. The board is only a society and not established by act of parliament or executive order. At Bombay High Court it filed false affidavit that it is recognized by every state but in other High Courts CISCE said that it is merely a society and no act or executive order passed in favor of council . It is merely a society . RTI reply from HRD, Delhi , Maharashtra , MP denied CISCE recognition . Delhi govt is also helpless and allowing students to get certificate which have no legal value . CISCE has many letters issued by govt officers which declare ICSE and ISC are recognize board but such officers have no power or letter may be fake . Only act or executive order is true document of recognition.   Mumbai: SEBI replied that it has no information about objection removal status of Global surface IPO . The SEBI issued observation to do compliance but no compliance certificate was issued to global surface from SEBI officials . As per law the SEBI compliance is necessary for IPO listing. The Company filed prospectus before ROC Jaipur without SEBI compliance certificate or NOC or Consent after observation. ROC may take action under section 34 , 447 of Company act against company for misrepresentation and fraud. Complaints are pending at ROC jaipur for action.  Global Surfaces IPO is a book built issue of Rs 154.98 crores. The issue is a combination of fresh issue of 0.85 crore shares aggregating to Rs 119.28 crores and offer for sale of 0.26 crore shares aggregating to Rs 35.70 crores.
