  Thane: The Complaint against Shahpur JMFC Shri AD Waman ( Ashish Dagadu Waman)  is registered at Anti Corruption Bureau Thane for doing corruption in Judicial work. A CRPC 156 Case was filed against JSW Steel Vasind for doing illegal mining and transportation as per SC Order that is cognizable offence. Inspite of SC settle law he rejected complaint and did not take Thane mining RTI reply to protect accused. In recall of order second case he again rejected complaint by suppressing fact . As per SC order Haji Hamja case order with suppression of fact has no value in the eye of law. He was not taking the RTI reply on record and passed whimsical order against SC Order by taking advantage from accused in both the cases. As per Complainant he has huge disproportionate assets by doing corruption in judicial work. The  Sudam Shinde SHO vasind with SP rural Shri Vikram Deshmane SP Rural also made accused in ACB complaint to deny FIR By taking Rs 5-10 Lac bribe to disobey SC Lalita Kumari orde

  Mumbai: Police complaint has been launched to register FIR in Reliance IPO scam under IPC against Reliance, BSE and NSE management for listing IPO without Government approval . Reliance compliance officer Ms Savitri Parikh failed to provide copy of Govt NOC of Reliance IPO launched on 23 Jan 1978 in SEBI Scores and smart ODR Complaint . She also not provided NOC copy by email complaint to investor. Reliance is claiming Govt NOC for IPO but not sharing document. Investor has RTI reply that no NOC issued for reliance IPO. Complaint is also registered to SEBI chairman to take action as per SEBI 15 HA section against company.
