Sikar: The Fire officer of Municipal council parishad of Sikar Rajasthan issued fire NOC to HPCL petrol pump operating since last 20 years without fire NOC . Phagalwa petrol pump, near IDBI bank , station road ,Sikar received municipal notice to do compliance of NBC fire code. HPCL claim that all its petrol pumps has full compliance but it is false and frivolous claim. HPCL playing with life of consumers by doing corruption.
