Thane: Court Staff is Not issuing Case number To Protect Police Inspector

 

Thane: A new type of corruption has been seen in Thane Court of Maharashtra . The Court office Assistant  Superintendent MP Bhalerao received one CRPC 156 matter for JMFC Mr RH Jha Court ie Mumbra Police Station. The Complainant as party in person submitted the petition after affirmation to Shri Bhalerao on 10th July 2021. But till date he has not numbered the case. When complainant asked the reason not registering the matter then Mr Bhalerao said that PP has put objection in the case that  has not brought permission from Police authorities as per new GR. He also said that he is reporting to PP and PP is reporting to JMFC. The complainant approach the court of Smt RH Jha . She also said that permission is necessary as per GR. The complainant said at the time of argument he will satisfy the court then also JMFC did not directed staff to get number. Inspite of many request to pass the order JMFC Smt RH Jha has not passed the order and not numbered the petition. Complaint has been registered to principal judge Thane email id but there is no reply since last 7 days. 

As per law no public servant has immunity from investigation . There are many Supreme court order that no immunity from investigation. Permission is necessary only for prosecution when some evidences is there. How A GR can supersede the Supreme court order? If any judge pass order against supreme court authority then it amounts to contempt. But now a days Court staffs are protecting corrupt public servants in the name of brotherhood and obstructing to justice. As per contempt of court act, obstructing to justice is criminal contempt .As per complainant till date no case number has been alloted.
