IN CONTEMPT CASE AGAINST POLICE OFFICERS SHE DENIED TO ACCEPT POWER OF ATTORNEY

THANE: On 17 Aug 2022 the Thane session judge ADJ Smt MB Patwari denied to accept power of attorney on behalf of petitioner. She said I don't allow petitioner in person to do argue. I only allow advocates to argue. The POA only can follow hearing but I will not allow him to argue. On request by petitioner to pass order for rejection she denied to do so. She neither accepted nor read the POA. Petitioner informed court that the POA is allowed as per Bombay High court and supreme court citation but she shown disrespect towards HC and SC orders. It is contempt of court. She threatened petitioner that you are waisting time of the court by doing argument.

The bias judge is about 35 age is insisting for advocate from legal aid also. The petitioner said that he don't need advocate then also she verbally rejected POA.

Contempt petition is filed against Mumbra Sr PI, IO and PP for misleading statement in court during ABA hearing to get favourable order. Due to judge attitude the petitioner is scared that local advocate will be in pressure of police and PP so he filed Power of attorney for his friend who is appearing at all courts across India.
