Mumbai: Bharti Airtel Listed its IPO on 18 Feb 2002 on BSE and NSE. The investor demanded the SEBI NOC or Permission from this IPO as company did not claimed by SEBI SCORES Portal. The IPO size was Rs 834Cr approx . The company compliance officer failed to provide SEBI NOC copy to investors. The Company claiming the exchange NOC but company also not shared exchange NOC . Exchange did not give NOC they forward the Draft of IPO to SEBI as per ICDR guidelines. Company failed to share any NOC in SEBI Scores complaint.
