Mr Brijesh Sharma filed 3 cases before ACB court Mumbai for registration of FIR under PC act 1988 by e filing. As routine manner the staff insist for physical copy of matter. Mr brijesh replied that as per Bombay high court e filing rules no physical copy is required to be submitted . The Principal session and District judge Mr Subramanium also not addressed the complaint . The registry denied to obey bombay High Court e filing rules and not listed the complaint before ACB court .
