Supreme Court Registry Not Accepting Case Against Selected People

 ताकतवर लोगो के केस नहीं दाखिल होते सुप्रीम कोर्ट में खासकर judges के खिलाफ। ऑनलाइन होने से उनको कुछ समय बाद diary number देना पड़ता है।  

एक consumer appeal में 6 महीने से diary number नही दे रही। कही सेटिंग तो नही कर लेते?

Delhi: Before online filing supreme court registry donot accept case at filing counters. One party in person tried to file contempt petition against sitting judge but filing counter did not accepted that file. Petitioner said he registered complaint to SC officers but no one to reply their. After online filing the contempt against registrar and high court , SC judges are delayed to issue diary number. If after follow up the diary number is issued the registrar will decide maintainability of petition and reject it under order XV rule 5 of SC rules inspite of SC order that registry cannot decide maintainability of petition in 2019. 

This is the dark side of Supreme court functioning and the officers are ignoring law because in court judges are rejecting contempt against judicial community. SC has given exemption to them to violate rule of law. Only in rare case they take action. So the fear of contempt is missing in judicial community as boss is there to protect them.

Reference:- Provisional Application No. 9903/2023.

Hon’ble Sir,

                  I the Applicant state and submit as under.

1] I have filed Civil W. P. Registrar declined to receive Civil W. P.

2] Thereafter I filed W. P. vide Provisional Application No.  3754/2023. Officer at Party-In-Person Counter instructed me to file two separate Civil W. P. i.e. one against Order of NCDRC and second against Order of Hon’ble Delhi High Court. 

3] Accordingly I filed two Civil W. P. having Provisional Application No. 6037/2023 & 6023. Registry declined to give Diary number. 

4] I filed Appeal against above order vide Provisional Application No. 9903/2023. Inspite lapse of 20 days Registry yet not gave Diary number. The said act is against “RULE OF LAW” and amounts to corrupt practice to save corrupt public servant.

5] In view of above I humbly pray to direct Registry to give diary number to above petitions for the act of kindness the applicant shall ever remain obliged.
